You may browse this site for information. Content, including text, branding, and layout, is owned by Pöhinä Group unless otherwise noted. Do not copy or redistribute it without permission.

Services

Pöhinä Group provides software development, technical architecture, and related consulting. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for paid work are defined in separate agreements, not by the text on this marketing site.

No warranties

This website is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all content is always complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Finnish law, Pöhinä Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for paid services is defined in the applicable client agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property for client work is assigned according to the relevant agreement. Our open-source contributions and internal tools remain our property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved in Finnish courts unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
